Getting acquainted
The initial introductory meeting lasts up to 45 minutes and is free and without obligation. We will discuss your support needs, what you can expect from me and which arrangements suit your situation.
Private support
The rate for privately funded support is €95 per hour, excluding 21% VAT.
Wmo and PGB funding
For support funded through the Wmo or a personal budget (PGB), the rate agreed in the municipal decision and care agreement applies. This support is exempt from VAT.
I will not invoice above the agreed rate. Together, we will monitor whether the support remains within the available budget. We will discuss the rate and expected number of hours before the support starts.
What counts as support time?
Support consists of more than direct contact alone. Depending on your needs and our agreements, support time may also include:
- professional preparation, reflection and record-keeping;
- substantive support by telephone, email or messaging;
- coordination and contact with relevant organisations or professionals;
- preparation for and attendance at meetings, appointments or assessments;
- working out and monitoring agreed next steps.
A one-hour meeting can therefore be part of a larger number of agreed support hours. Each invoice line states the date of the support contact, the number of hours and a brief, privacy-conscious description of the related work.
In-person appointments
For an in-person appointment, I charge one additional support hour within Amsterdam and two additional support hours outside Amsterdam, on top of the duration of the appointment. We agree this in advance. For Wmo/PGB-funded support, we also check whether this fits within the allocated hours and available budget.
Employers and organisations
For support funded by an employer, as well as training, consultancy or other work for organisations, rates are available on request.
Cancellations
An appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is cancelled later, the reserved time may be charged.
